Let’s just think life is struggles… eating, sleeping, cleaning. Dressing, acting….lol
So, of course relationships are even more so!
Plus, americas got talent taught everyone to judge or expect…the TV is a fake window to your neighbors house… we compare ourselves too. Even if subconsciously…. so now a lot of people raised the bar…
Raised the frustration…
Without changing….
Remember if we are loving we are thinking about loving, but if we judge or compare we might be hating…. just bless the ones that are hard to love…. lol
Anyways, I’d say skip the house projects until you master your real house…your body .
You better build your power and youthful energy back asap! After 50 it gets really hard to get ripped again, but before then it’s easy!
Step by step you’ll have to train your mind to move your body.. and as you love your body it will start loving you back!
Eventually after 100’s of days saying, oh I’m so sore and realizing lite exercises daily is the key and not … go hard and painfully recover for 5 days….
Kicking is awesome for knees, abs, balance, and of course legs, running, dancing, kudalini yoga these all release dopamine and charge your health up! These are the best highs!
We’re all going to need/want/try to avoid our dopamine fixes in this world of abundance so they definitely should be benefiting your Power + Love = Health
Rats squirrels slugs frog all run on rat wheels when placed in natural or in urban settings. they love running ithem for the dopamine!!
In fact in a small caged bad rat involvement, rats will run themselves to death on them.
Find and master healthy dopamine releases!
Learning things, helping others, cleaning, gardening, exercising, stretching, which is 40 percent of my workout now, and breathing exercises, like running to exhaustion while only breathing through your nose. then when you can barely breathe try to hold your breath to really stress your cardio.
Love(stress) yourself now so that you can/will be able to love others and yourself more and more. It’s hard to love anything when your sick so try to avoid that sad life.
If you pull the shoestring of dopamine on your own, then naturally you’ll have less for others. If you have built your dopamine up and not wasted it on alcohol, chocolate cake or porn your dopamine will be released during normal activity like during conversations, soaking up healthy sunshine, smelling the roses, or listening to birds singing. Traffic sounds might even become white noise that don’t even bother you anymore.
don’t get tricked into loving hating, that’s a sick love.
Ultimately I feel,
Everyone loves to love and be loved, so juat love more!
