TFH #747: Dark Days Ahead with Jeff Berwick

I must be a sociopath because I like Jeff Berwick. Riiiight. I’m glad you had him on the show; but let me tell you, unless you’re wanting a reality check, Berwick ain’t for you – and an hour is a short time for anyone to go through everything they might have to say. He calls it as he sees it and having attended Anarchapulco, I can rest assured that there is no “schtick” going on – there are people there, like myself, from all walks of life and levels of “intelligence”, if you will, that are a part of a anarcho-capitalist community that is still relatively small because a lot of the world still believes that government is the answer and somehow continually doing the same thing over and over will achieve a new and better result (it doesn’t and never will). You have to realize that the world is both an evil and beautiful place simultaneously. He often references people, as a lot of us do behind the backs of even some of our closest neighbors and friends, as being “robots”, “NPC’s”, “morons” and the like. Do we mean it? Does it mean we want them to die? Does it really mean that they should die? No, no and no. It’s meant as a warning, more or less, that to keep “playing the game” you need to be constantly aware. There are many people who were warning from Day 1, and for decades before, that jaxxinations and Big Pharma are and were lying to everybody – and yet, no one seemed to notice and no one seemed to care – until the people warning everyone were proven right and somehow now, we have to have our compassion for our fellow man be scrutinized because we say something out of joint, perhaps by referencing a very large portion of humanity that were warned and refused to JUST SAY NO, for wont of a job or the ‘feelings’ of others. Mind you, this is the exact same compassion that they/we have had for our fellow man since a lot of us started warning people about this crap. Needless to say, the fact remains: This world is kinda like a giant video game. I don’t necessarily subscribe to the whole thing being a hologram, or whatever, but in an analogy, you’ve got yourself as the main player and you often meet and go up against automatons – these are the non-player characters who, by and large, are the representatives of the faceless masses who have gone along to get along and continue to do so and will defend their slave masters to their own detriment, and possibly, sadly, death. The good little citizens and taxpayers of the world. The whole point of most of what he talks about, and Max Igan and a whole slew of others, is that we are not free and you have to free yourself from the strictures that have been placed upon you or you place upon yourself. One might meditate to get centered. Another might pray to our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. HOW you get there is not the point; that you do it, on the other hand, is the point. And, no offense, but anybody here who says if they were not financially able to do so would not somehow do something to prevent or mitigate a potential collapse or breakdown of society by moving to the countryside, or to Mexico or into a bunker is a liar – we all wish we could do that. For most of us, that’s not an option, but if it becomes one, why in the heck would I not make that decision to “pad myself” from the rest of society that has proved, beyond a shadow of a doubt, when they move en masse, they become the robotic playthings of the evil elites? Does that make me a bad person by wanting and trying to protect my family? Is my knowledge bad knowing that only so many people will understand my message and try to go against the leviathan and so it’s wise to protect yourself, if you can? As for compassion, perhaps you should take a look at what he and the other Anarchapulco people did by raising money, buying food, water, clothes and participated in clean-up and rebuilding in the days following the freak-Category 5 “hurricane” that hit Acapulco. Compassion? Does an evil sociopath do that? After all, it’s not like he’s Bill Gates trying to force needles into poor defenseless Mexicans so they can get some food. Don’t say anything about compassion when you try telling people what’s going on around them because they can’t see it for themselves and somehow you’re the bad guy when they decide to “wake up” and it’s already “too late” because they just thought what they did “was the right thing to do at the time.” That’s the story of every dystopian novel and movie – it’s the flag being carried inch by inch down the field until one day people can’t recognize what’s been lost, because we were still arguing over whether this guy or that guy said something that sounds kinda inhumane, until you look at something from an entirely different perspective. As for danger in Mexico – there’s no more danger down there than there is up here. Some of it might be of a different “flavor” but, to say that the U.S. doesn’t have cartels running around, a drug problem, a murder problem or anything else is kind of like saying that water isn’t wet. There are millions of expats, gringo Americans, who live and work safely all around Mexico and never get caught up in any of the bogeyman violence Mexico-haters love to use as a tool to make Mexico seem like the ‘bad guy’. Did you know that most of the illegals coming across the southern border are not actually traveling through Mexico? Nope, they’re being shipped around or flown into border towns and then released on the southern border – it’s meant to be a ruse for civil chaos and internal struggles over “immigration” which further divide us because we can’t decide whether up is down, left is right or right is wrong. Anyway, I’ve ranted enough. As if anyone cares.
