Extremely important subject matter, but i feel there needs to be more practical and applicable info on how a city slicker can find and purchase affordable land to actually get this thing going. Prices are so crazy for the average person. Is moving to a 3rd world country the answer……? How can we make it work in the USA with Blackrock inflating real estate prices?
