Thanks for giving us an extra one this week. I’m always fiending for the next TFH. Really like what James had to say. Wish his website had more to do with how to begin off grid living. I was super interested in what he had to say about the sprouts and legumes; was hoping he’d keep diving into that. Think you should get Paul Saladino on soon! I bought some mung beans a while ago not really knowing what for, now I know haha HahahaEtc April 19, 2021 at 12:33 pmLog in to Reply Do you think you guys could post the link / contact info of each guest on the website? I find this super useful to get the next layer of value out of this. It helps organize the information and actually use it for good. Another great episode btw. Seems expensive, but if it works…worth. buckets559 April 19, 2021 at 1:11 pmLog in to Reply This guy is full of shit. He contradicts himself about oxygen. He said oxygen is a main nutrient and that cancer cant live with oxygen. Oxygen literally causes cancer. Thats why we have antioxidants. Then he says the nut butter is minimally processed because oxygen destroys the nutrients. This asshole is just trying to sell product. And also, there are plenty of animals that eat dead and rotting flesh. But great guest none the less. At least he is promoting health. I just dont agree with some of his bullshit.
