21:12 Johnny, i think the answer you’re looking for, the reason often given in academica, would be ethics. It’d possibly be “unethical” to replicate the 1930/s era experiments being referred to, or something along that line of thinking. I.E. Where “healthy” people are exposed to “sick” people/conditions. Even though there is more mental gymnastics taking place there as well. Specifically because people live inside homes and communities with sick people/ are lovers/ caregivers/etc. I hope that is worth some input.
