Hey Sam just an fyi for your possible moving. I used to play in a touring band and I’m from Oklahoma so we played through Texas a lot. I quit playing about 2/3 years ago and haven’t been to Texas since. I just took my son to Corpus Christi for vacation and on the way back we stopped in Austin on a Monday. It’s insane bro it’s just like California now. Non stop traffic from Dallas to Austin.
